We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, scheduling, and coordination support. Key responsibilities include: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments; handling email and inbox management, triage, and follow-ups; preparing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes; performing data entry and maintaining accurate records; coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries; responding to inquiries and providing general client support; conducting online research and compiling summaries; and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or relevant certification a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with scheduling, email, and collaboration tools. Strong written and verbal English communication. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Discretion with confidential information. Reliable internet and home-office setup.

Preferred: Experience with CRM or project-management tools (Trello, Asana, HubSpot). Familiarity with social media or basic bookkeeping. Experience supporting executives or international clients.

Minimum 2–3 years of virtual assistant or administrative support experience.
